CANDLELIT SESSIONS: RELAXING MEDITATION
Our Candlelit Sessions series are designed to encourage you to take a few minutes out of your day to light a candle, create a home sanctuary and do something mindful for yourself.
With life’s daily stressors and our attention constantly being pulled here, there and everywhere, a guided relaxing mediation practice can help us to press pause. We teamed up with Roisin, from Concrete Jungle Yoga, who has created a guided breath work meditation to to help us practice mindfulness at home. Carve a few minutes out of your day to connect to your truest self and find more lightness.
