Our Candlelit Sessions series are designed to encourage you to take a few minutes out of your daily routine to light a candle, create a home sanctuary and do something mindful for yourself.
Alex, from Heart to Soul Yoga has lit our Palo Santo candle and has kindly created a beautiful practice for us, perfect for all levels. Carve 15 minutes out of your day to connect to your truest self and find more ease and softness. This practice encourages you to take a moment to pause, reflect and move mindfully, with an open heart.
